Resepi: cakoi

Bahan-bahannya:

500gm – tepung roti (bread flour) 3 sudu makan – tepung naik sendiri
1 3/4 cawan – air suam
2 sudu makan – gula
1 sudu makan – garam
1/2 paket – yis
4 ulas – bawang putih – tumbuk halus 2 sudu makan – mentega

Caranya:

1. Ayak kedua tepung dalam mangkuk yg
berasingan.
2. Masukan yis, gula dan garam, gaul rata.
3. Masukan air suam, mentega dan bawang
putih. Putar adunan hingga sebati dan
lembut. Masukan tepung naik sendiri dan putar lagi.
4. Parap sejam setangah ke 2 jam.
5. Adun bebentuk sedang nipis dan panjang.
